The 126th issue from “Dragon” magazine, first published in 1987, holds up well after three decades. There is a memorable cover from artist Daniel Horne and a host of articles focused on the undead. The best piece here is “The Ecology of the Shade” by Dan Salas, easily one of the most haunting articles that “Dragon” ever ran. This is a solid issue which is still worth pursuing.
