1.1 Can I order items on your website and pick them up in-store?

Yes! Just place an order and proceed to checkout. You’ll see a shipping option for free delivery within 20 miles of the store.  There should also be an option for pick up in store. 

If you selected local delivery, your items will be delivered within two days.  If you selected in store pick up you can show your email confirmation at the counter to get your items. And please review your order before you leave the store to make sure you’re satisfied.

Items should be picked up within 7 days. In the event that the customer fails to pick up the items within 90 days, customer shall be considered to have abandoned them, and ownership will revert back to Zia Comics. No refunds will be granted after 90 days.

1.2 How does curbside pick up work?
  • Go to ZiaComics.com, make your selections, choose IN-STORE PICK UP.
  • Complete your purchase.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
  • When you arrive for curbside pick up please park in the back parking lot, give us a call at (575) 222-4347, and let us know you're here for curbside pick-up.
  • We’ll ask to see ID unless you are a known customer.
1.3 My order says Delivered but is not received

If your order is marked delivered and is not received we recommend reaching out to your neighbors to see if they may have seen your order. You should also contact the postal service.

We apologize for any inconvenience or delay, and thank you for your patience as we work to make sure all orders are received.

1.4 Do all your comics come with a FREE bag & board?

Every comic book is shipped to our customers in a bag and board, absolutely FREE. Zia Comics uses industry approved comic book bags and backer boards. 

1.5 When/how can I use Gift Cards?

Gift cards can be purchased either in store or online.  At this time, gift cards can only be redeemed in store.  Gift cards can be used for any in store purchase, there are no restrictions.

1.6 How do you ship statues, action figures, and collectibles?

Action figures, statues, and collectibles are shipped in the condition they were received from the manufacturer/distributor. We guarantee no specific grade. While we guarantee there will be no defects on the product itself, the display box may have limited creases/dents from the shipping process, and we do not consider these to be defects. Action Figures and Statues may or may not ship in the original cardboard box our vendors shipped them in, but will have all original product packaging. All statues are opened to inspect for damages before shipping.

1.7 What is your return policy?

Due to the collectability of the comics and merchandise we sell, we are unable to accept returns on comic books, back issues, and books. If you are uncertain about the grade of your comic book, please review our Grading Glossary, which details how Zia Comics grades all comics. While we do not grade our graphic novels, books, and magazines, and they are stored and handled with great care, no guarantee of condition is made. Over time, shelf wear, and small cosmetic dings and dents may be possible. If you still feel you've received a damaged or mis-shipped item, please contact us at [email protected] and we can look into this. Please be aware that we need to be contacted within 2 weeks of the delivery date of an order to resolve any potential order issues.

1.8 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online orders. We don't accept wire transfers at this time.

1.9 What should I do if my credit card is declined?

If you have another credit card, go to My Account and click on "Check Order Status". Click "See Details" for the declined order, then go to "Select A Payment Method" and enter new credit card information.

1.10 Are your prices in US Dollars?

Yes, all prices are listed in US Dollars.

1.11 Where does my order ship from?

We ship from our store located at 125 North Main Street in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

1.12 Can I add an item to my order after I have placed it?

Orders are processed automatically. Additional items would require a separate order. Shipping of two orders cannot be combined.

1.13 Do you buy collections?

We certainly do! If you have any old comics, toys, or collectibles you'd like to sell, please email our buyer at [email protected]. We pay cash, or for an even better deal, with a Zia Comics gift card. We're sorry, but we are not currently purchasing sports trading cards.
