Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). These are estimated time frames and can be affected by inclement weather, sales, holidays, or increased order volume. Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping.
During checkout, you will be given the option to choose between Economy Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. All domestic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). EXCEPTION: New releases ordered in advance will be shipped on Wednesday (new release day). Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping.
We certainly do! Just choose USA as your country for your shipping address, and you will be charged a domestic rate. We should mention that orders shipped by Economy Mail to APO or FPO addresses are subject to large delays, and we would recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail instead.
Yes! You’ll see a shipping option for free in-store pickup. Just bring a copy of the receipt and a picture ID and ask for your order at the counter. Items should be picked up within 7 days. In the event that the customer fails to pick up the items within 30 days, customer shall be considered to have abandoned them, and ownership will revert back to Zia Comics LLC. No refunds will be granted after 30 days.
